Good energy

I always feel better after eating an orange, sometimes just the feeling that works up my hands as I peel it, I wonder if any one else ever had this experience? It may be all of the nutrition combined with some undefined energy field, from growing in the sun, and stars. Finally, as a sort of symbol of good energy from the universe.
